The case studies below distinguish platform-measured results, results reported by clients, client testimonials and documented examples of work delivered. Each proof block states what was measured, reported or built—and for whom.
Platform-measured case · Electrical services, Limpopo
From skilled but invisible to 6 072 local impressions
A local electrical business had the skill and the reputation — but the right buyers could not find it.
We built a local content system: photo-based, problem-first posts placed where the community already is, each one ending with a clear way to make contact. No advertising.
Four posts, one month, June 2026: 6 072 local impressions · 4 127 people reached · 243 interactions · R0 spent on ads.
Real paying work followed in the same month — the wiring of a newly built house, a specialised repair, and ongoing installation work.
Client-reported case · IT infrastructure, Pretoria
Insights up 91.7%. Non-follower reach up 100%.
An established IT business with a solid client base, but flat online growth. We built the foundation: positioning, a daily posting structure, a comment and DM system, and rebuilt profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn — delivered as a complete 30-day system in April 2026.
Reported by the client: business insights up 91.7%, non-follower reach up 100%, in a short period. These percentages were not independently dashboard-verified.
"Her expertise as a Business Visibility Strategist delivered measurable results in a short period of time... The improvement in visibility, engagement, and overall online presence has been remarkable."

Client-reported case · Wellness services, Bloemfontein
From 25 views per post to 450+ — and daily enquiries
A wellness business posting into silence: 10–25 views per post. We built the foundation — brand identity, voice, positioning — and have maintained it since January 2026.
In her words: posts now reach over 450 people, and enquiries arrive daily. Client-reported. No advertising spend.
Not luck. Structure.

Highty Tighty Ladi-Daa Boutique
Before: No website. No LinkedIn. Limited structured Google visibility. All demand arriving by word of mouth. A skilled operator with proven product-market fit and no way to capture demand.
What we found: Two buyer groups, personal and corporate, being spoken to in one voice. "I knew I had a great product, but I was struggling to bridge the gap between my brand and my ideal audience."
What @Hephzibah built: Positioning and message pillars, a search intent map, Google Business Profile setup with an image naming and ranking strategy, a LinkedIn presence, a 30-day posting system for both platforms, a WhatsApp conversion path, and a proof system for capturing results as they happen.
Result: No measured figure is published. "We've seen a massive increase in engagement and record-breaking sales month."
"Hesmarie taught me how to promote my small business effectively and efficiently... leaving me more time to concentrate on my work."

Search-led visibility for fleet and logistics buyers
A manufacturer whose buyers are fleet operators and logistics companies — people who search when something structural fails.
We built the Google Business Profile around a three-tier service hierarchy with geo-aligned wording, named and tagged the workshop photography for search, and added a LinkedIn authority layer aimed at fleet and logistics decision-makers.
Channel discipline: Google first, LinkedIn second, WhatsApp for conversion. A performance baseline was set at handover for monthly tracking.
February 2026. No post-handover figures are published.
