@Hephzibah collects your name, business name, industry or service, city or province, WhatsApp number, email address, and optionally your website or Google Business Profile link.
The form also collects the business area you selected and your description of what feels difficult, so that the Review can be done properly.
Only information relevant to the Review and to any agreed work is requested. No identity numbers, banking details or payment card details are collected through this website.
Information is used to assess your Review request, respond to you, prepare a recommendation and next step, deliver agreed work, issue invoices, and keep a record of project communication.
It is not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.
You give consent by ticking the consent box on the Review form before submitting. Where work is booked, information is also processed to carry out the agreement between you and @Hephzibah, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean that a Review or an active project can no longer be delivered.
Review requests are received and stored in Netlify form records. Follow-up communication is held in email and WhatsApp. Project materials are kept in @Hephzibah's internal project files.
Access is limited to Hesmari L Van Der Merwe and any authorised delivery support who needs the information to do the work.
Some information is processed by the platforms used to run the business, including Netlify for form handling and hosting, the email provider, and WhatsApp for messaging.
These providers process the information on @Hephzibah's behalf and are subject to their own terms and security measures. Some of them store data outside South Africa.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal information. This includes access-controlled accounts, device and account security, and limiting access to the people who need it.
If a security compromise affecting your personal information occurs, you and the Information Regulator will be notified as required by POPIA.
Personal information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period required by law, including tax and accounting record-keeping.
Review requests that do not lead to work are removed once they are no longer needed. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Quotes, screenshots, documents, client messages and business materials shared for review are used only to assess and deliver the relevant build. They are not used publicly, in portfolio work or in marketing unless you give separate written permission.
You may ask what personal information @Hephzibah holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or updated, ask for it to be deleted or destroyed where there is no legal reason to keep it, object to how it is processed, and withdraw your consent.
Send any of these requests to hesmari@hephzibahs.co.za. Requests are normally answered within a reasonable period, and you will be told in writing what was done.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
By submitting the form, you consent to @Hephzibah contacting you about the Review request and related service next steps by WhatsApp or email. The services WhatsApp number is +27 72 440 4933.
You may ask to stop being contacted at any time.
This notice may be updated when the business, its tools or the law change. The version on this page is the current one.
